'Twlight Eclipse' Screens in Hollywood as Stars Visit Fans Via Kimmel Show

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse screened in Hollywood Monday night (June 14) for fans who won a contest to see the anticipated film a couple of weeks before its June 30 release date.

Eclipse (The Twilight Saga)About five to ten minutes into the showing, the film stopped "due to technical difficulties" and then, Jimmy Kimmel turned up on the movie screen, as lights flashed on the theater audience, they went bonko and then completely lost it as he introduced Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner, all his guests for the night. One young women screamed "I love you, Robert" and a 40-something guy countered with "I love you, Taylor!"

Kimmel asked for a screen kiss and as Pattison and Stewart fumbled to do it, Stewart maneuvered in Lautner to kiss Pattinson and the screening audience went nutso, of course.

Also, actress Dakota Fanning, who plays one of the mysterious ancient Italian vampire clan the Volturi, came out to say hello to the screening audience, along with other actors who portray new vampires in this third installment of the film series based on author Stephenie Meyer's best-selling books.

Following these moments of fan delirium, the film ran again, complete, from the beginning. The consensus from the Twihards was this is the best film yet in the series and according to many, sticks to much of the book.  As previously reported, the final book, Breaking Dawn, will be split into two movies due next year.

Watch This Writer Guy for a Eclipse review, very soon.
